I want families and fans to follow every athlete through their journey, to celebrate their milestones, and to have something tangible that keeps those memories alive forever."

MyPlayer Milestones

  • November 2023

    Founded in a garage in Glenview, IL, MyPlayer was created by two college athletes who saw a gap in the market. Athletes deserved more than just generic team gear—they deserved fully custom merchandise that truly represented their journey.

  • May 2024

    What started with our CEO’s teammates, neighbors, and hometown friends quickly grew into something bigger. Word spread across college campuses, and MyPlayer gained momentum throughout the NCAA, signing over 1,000 athletes in under a year.

  • September 2024

    MyPlayer took a huge leap forward by acquiring NIL company PlayCheck, doubling our growth overnight. This move helped us scale to over 2,000 athletes, giving more players access to the platform and strengthening our mission to build a brand that truly puts athletes first.

  • March 2025

    With over 3,000 college athletes now part of MyPlayer, the movement had officially taken off. But we weren’t stopping there. In March 2025, we launched MyPlayer Next, a groundbreaking initiative designed to bring custom branding and merchandise to every athlete, including youth and high school players.
